Q. What is Gold Canyon Publishing's
refund or return policy?
A. Our official return policy, in compliance with PayPal, is as follows:
"We will replace or repair any defective product within
eight weeks from the date of purchase."
For intangible products such as ebooks
(electronically delivered books in pdf format): If for any reason a customer
is unable to login to our download page to recieve the pdf ebook download
we will issue the customer a full refund.
Q. What is the policy for refunds requested
after eight weeks?
A. Refund requests received within 8 weeks of purchase may be approved
by our customer service team if the customer provides evidence that
they were unable to access the material online, or offline, whichever access
may be the case. Refund requests for purchases over 8 weeks old will be declined.
